- Hanwha Investment & Securities publicly offers two types of Equity-Linked Bonds (ELBs) totaling KRW 199.4 billion: Hanwha Smart ELB No. 1071 (KRW 99.9bn, 1-year maturity, 3.30~3.31% p.a.) linked to S&P500, and Hanwha Smart ELB No. 1072 (KRW 99.5bn, 3-year maturity, max 4.55% p.a. auto-call, principal-protected) linked to KOSPI200
- Subscription period: May 13, 2026; payment and allocation same day; non-listed securities; minimum subscription of KRW 1 million
- No. 1072 features semiannual auto-call evaluations; early redemption if underlying closes at or above 80% of initial; at maturity, if below 80%, principal is returned
- Issuer credit rating AA- (NICE, Dec 2025); not covered by deposit insurance; unsecured and unguaranteed; potential loss of principal
- Early redemption by investor request at 95% or more of fair value (90% within 6 months of issuance), but may incur loss
