Kyobo Securities issued its 12493rd ELB (Equity-Linked Debt Security) worth KRW 19.9 billion (2,000,000 shares, face value KRW 10,000, issue price KRW 9,950, discount issuance).
Underlying: KOSPI200 index; maturity 2029.05.16 (3 years). Automatic early redemption trigger: index ≥85% of initial price (semiannual, up to 5 times).
Monthly coupon: 0.435% (5.22% p.a.) if index closing price ≥75% of initial price (up to 36 payments). At maturity, principal 100% protected regardless of conditions.
Issuer credit rating: AA- (Korea Investors Service, Korea Ratings). Unsecured, unsubordinated bond, not covered by depositor protection.
Unlisted security; no exchange trading. Early redemption at investor request: 90-95% of fair value, causing potential principal loss (90% within 6 months).
Minimum subscription: KRW 1 million, in increments of KRW 100,000. Subscription period: 2026.05.14 (single day). Issuance may be cancelled if total subscription < KRW 300 million.
