SK Inc. acquires 2,657,801 common shares (unit price 74,688 won) and 315,386 convertible preferred shares (unit price 634,143 won) of SK Ecoplant from financial investors (Eco Alliance Holdings Co., Ltd., etc.) for approx. 398.5 billion won (common 198.5B, preferred 200B) in an over-the-counter transaction
