After merger of SK On and SK Enmove, the SK brand fee is finalized at KRW 83.7 billion (83,658 million), down 23.7% from the original estimate.
Original estimate (2023.12.20) was KRW 109.6 billion (SK On 77.1B, SK Enmove 32.5B); decrease of KRW 25.9 billion.

The fee adjustment reflects the consolidation of contracts and performance changes due to the merger of SK On and SK Enmove in Nov 2025.
