Samsung Card conducts 200 billion won short-term money market fund transaction with affiliate Samsung Asset Management

Samsung Card entered into a securities transaction with its related party Samsung Asset Management amounting to 200,044 million won (balance 315,044 million won).
The purpose is idle cash management, investing in the Kodex Money Market Active fund for a short term from April 28 to May 4, 2026 (7 days).
The transaction was approved by the board on Feb 19, 2026 (4 outside directors present, auditor present) and conducted under standard terms.
Samsung Asset Management is an affiliate of Samsung Card, and the transaction is disclosed under Article 26 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act.
