Debt Guarantee of 117 Billion KRW for New Subsidiary (31.7% of Equity)

KoMiCo decided to provide a debt guarantee of 117 billion KRW (31.7% of equity) for its new subsidiary Qingdao Kaimeng Meike Technology.
The guaranteed amount is CNY 450,000,000, consisting of CNY 340,000,000 for facilities and CNY 110,000,000 for working capital.
The debtor is a newly established corporation in September 2025, with no operating activities yet and thus no financial data available.
Total outstanding debt guarantees after this decision increase to 561.4 billion KRW.
The guarantee period for facilities is from 2026.04.28 to 2033.05.20, and for working capital from 2026.04.28 to 2027.05.20.
