Termination of Offshore Wind Cable Contract Worth 72% of Revenue

The offshore wind cable supply and installation contract (93.99 billion KRW) signed in July 2025 with Anma Offshore Wind Energy has been terminated due to the client's notice.
The terminated contract amount represents 72.15% of the 2024 consolidated revenue (130.28 billion KRW).
The termination date is April 24, 2026, and no separate penalty or compensation details have been disclosed.
