BYC largest shareholder group acquired 3,116 preferred shares through open market purchases on April 20 and 27, 2026, raising total stake from 55.11% to 55.14% (0.04%p increase).
Common share ratio remained unchanged at 72.67%, while preferred share ratio increased from 4.17% to 4.31%.
Major shareholders include Shinhan Edifice (14.0%), Hanseung Holdings (11.2%), and Shinhanbang (5.6%).
