Regular General Meeting Including Election of Directors and Auditor Committee

DKME is holding its 2026 annual general meeting on April 27, with an agenda to appoint a total of 7 director candidates (4 inside directors, 2 outside directors, and 1 outside director to serve as audit committee member).
Inside director candidates: Baek Boo-gi (CEO of Protec Maintenance), Lee Moon-doo (Vice President of Ulp Co.), Yoon Ki-joo (former senior examiner at Korea Development Bank), Kim Ki-cheol (CEO of Deokyang Energen).
Outside director candidates: Baek Soon-heum (CEO of KZ Trading, former President of Korea Zinc), Kwon Gu-bae (lawyer, former prosecutor).
Audit committee candidate: Kwon Gu-bae (outside director, lawyer).
All candidates have no relationship with the largest shareholder and no transactions with the company in the last three years.
