Kyobo Securities Issues 100M Won ELB, Far Below Planned 4.975B

Kyobo Securities reports issuance of its 12450th ELB. Initially planned to raise 4.975 billion won, actual funds raised were only 100.495 million won (subscription rate approx. 2%), indicating extremely low demand.
The ELB is linked to the KOSPI200 index, low-risk structure (principal protection at maturity if index above 95%), with up to 5 auto-call opportunities offering annualized coupons of 3.1%–6.2%.
Issuance date: April 27, 2026; maturity: May 2, 2029; unlisted, electronic registration. Proceeds will be used for hedging derivative transactions.
