Kyobo Securities issued three types of equity-linked securities (ELS) on April 27, 2026, raising a total of KRW 16.54 billion.
Issue No. 13558: KRW 6.58 billion issued (22% of planned KRW 29.76 billion), issue price KRW 9,920, maturity April 26, 2029.
Issue No. 13559: KRW 9.83 billion issued (33% of planned KRW 29.7 billion), issue price KRW 9,900, maturity April 26, 2029.
Issue No. 13560: KRW 134 million issued (0.45% of planned KRW 29.7 billion), issue price KRW 9,900, includes monthly coupon of 0.75%.
All securities are high-difficulty financial products (possible loss exceeding 20% of principal), unlisted, and cancellations are not allowed.
Total issuance costs KRW 826,950; proceeds will be used for hedging underlying assets.
