SKC Issues 139 Billion Won Unsecured Bonds for Refinancing

SKC issues 146-1st and 146-2nd unsecured bonds totaling 139 billion won.
All proceeds to be used for debt repayment.
- Repayment of 100 billion won in commercial paper (coupon 3.95%, maturity 2026.03.27).
- Repayment of 43.75 billion won in bank borrowings (interest 3.00%, maturity 2026.03.17).
Issuance costs covered by internal funds; remaining funds held in financial products until use.
