POSCO International Confirms KRW 326.2 Billion Debt Guarantee for New LNG Subsidiary CENTRUX LNG

POSCO International announced a correction to its debt guarantee decision, confirming a KRW 326.2 billion (USD 223 million, 4.4% of equity) guarantee for its newly established wholly-owned subsidiary CENTRUX LNG PTE. LTD., aimed at expanding LNG trading business.
Purpose: Issuance of Letters of Guarantee (LOG) for the subsidiary's LNG trading futures transactions and working capital needs.
Creditor and guarantee period are not yet finalized; will be disclosed upon determination.
Company's equity (consolidated, end-2024): approx. KRW 7.3485 trillion. New guarantee amounts to 4.4% of equity.
Existing total debt guarantee balance (as of filing date): approx. KRW 464 billion. Including this guarantee, total balance rises to approx. KRW 790.2 billion.
The debtor is a newly established entity with no financial statements. Board resolution passed with all 5 outside directors present.
This is a correction of a decision made on Nov 27, 2025, solely to update the debtor's finalized legal name.
